A message dated June 25, 2004, was received June 28 stating the                                     
Governor has signed the following bill and is transmitting the                                      
engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for                               
permanent filing:                                                                                   
                                                                                                    
      SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 25(JUD)                                                   
      "An Act relating to health care decisions, including do not                                   
      resuscitate orders, anatomical gifts, and mental health treatment                             
      decisions, and to powers of attorney relating to health care,                                 
      including anatomical gifts and mental health treatment decisions;
